National School Board Recognition Month is celebrated every January by school district across the United States. It is an opportunity for local schools and communities to honor elected school board members for their dedication and service.
The board members of Crescent Public Schools spend countless hours assessing the school's budget, education initiatives, policies, listening to concerns and planning for the future. The time spent in board meetings represents just a small amount of hours school board members spend leading the district.
We cannot thank our board members enough for serving this great school district, and for providing support and leadership for our students and staff.
This month we recognize the dedicated service of the men and women serving Crescent Public Schools, including Chris Channel, Lisa Graff, Emily Williams, Brian Dalke, and Kayla Birchfield.
Take time to thank a school board member this month!
