Eligibility:
Pre-K students must be four years old on or before September 1st of the school year.
Kindergarten students must be five years old on or before September 1st of the school year.
Required Documents for Enrollment:
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of shot records
Proof of residency (two forms)

We appreciate your interest in transferring your student to Crescent Public School. CPS makes decisions about student transfers in accordance to Crescent Public Schools Board of Education Student Transfer Policy (EB) and state law.
